Purchase Agreement & AKC Limited Registration Explanation

Once we have received the completed questionnaire, you are approved and we have a Dachshund for you, we will then accept your deposit and want you to go over our Purchase Agreement.  Our Purchase Agreement also includes a Spay/Neuter Contract with the puppy being sold on an AKC Limited Registration.  To view this agreement and the AKC Limited Registration Explanation, please click on the buttons below.  We will fill this document out in duplicate and give you a copy on the day that you take your new family member home with you.  Questions are always welcome!!
